Segmento è una lampada da muro mutevole e favorevole al cambiamento.
L’utilizzatore può scegliere la forma che preferisce secondo le proprie necessità di illuminazione.
L’idea nasce da una ricerca di un’università americana che analizzava come nel ventunesimo secolo si tenda a cambiare casa molto più frequentemente rispetto ai secoli precedenti.
Cambiando casa ripetutamente è facile incappare nel solito antiestetico buco a muro con i cavi elettrici. Le necessita di illuminazione della nuova stanza risulteranno però differenti da quelle del precedente ambiente.
Nasce per questo segmento, una lampada che può essere facilmente riadattabile ad ogni situazione e che può cosi seguirti per tutto l’arco della vita.
La forma, oltre alla funzione, vuole alludere ai vari disegni fatti a mano durante l’ora di geometria alle elementari, nei quali ogni segmento era diverso dal precedente.

Segmento is a mutable wall lamp that is favorable to change.
The user can choose the shape that he prefers according to his lighting needs.
The idea was born from research done by an American university which analyzed how in the twenty-first century people move houses more frequently than in previous centuries.
So we will always run into the usual hole with the electric cables that come out from the wall, but the lighting needs of the new room will be different from the previous one. This is why segment was born, a lamp that can be adapted to any situation and that follows you throughout your life.
The shape, in addition to the function, allude to the various drawings made during the geometry class in elementary school in which each segment was different from the previous one.
